a) The relevant photographers (Alice Andre Photography and their Officers) maintain the copyright of all photographs produced, and the Client agrees to refer back to the photographers when and wherever uncertainty regarding the use of the images arises.

b) The Client understands that this photoshoot will also serve as a mentoring session with Alice Andre Photography being the Mentor. This means that there will be another photographer in attendance, hereafter referred to as the Mentee or Alice Andre Photographer's Officer.

c) The Clients grant the Photographers the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of the Clients for editorial, competition, advertising, portfolio, and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restrictions, and to copyright the images. The Clients hereby release the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs, and assigns from all liability and claims in connection with the images.

d) Upon booking, the Client agrees to pay a deposit of $150 in order to secure their participation in the photoshoot. This deposit is in place in order to ensure that the Client is committed to attending the photoshoot. This deposit is fully refundable following the successful completion of the photoshoot with the attendance of the Client.

e) If the Client is no longer able to attend the photoshoot, they must provide written instruction to Alice Andre Photography prior to 24 hours of the agreed date and time in order to receive their deposit back. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. The Client understands that due to the nature of this photoshoot, this is a one-off opportunity, and reschedulements are not possible.

f) The Client will not receive any raw image files and agrees to receive a selection of image files that are chosen and edited by Alice Andre Photography and its Officer.

g) The Client agrees not to crop, edit, or alter images provided by Alice Andre Photography in any way, and to credit and acknowledge the photographer (Alice Andre Photography) whenever images are used on social media platforms (for example Facebook and Instagram).

h)The Client agrees not to on-sell or provide the images to any third party for commercial use, purpose, or gain (eg: print sales, media use) without the express permission from, and/or appropriate or mutually agreed payment to the relevant photographer (Alice Andre Photography).

i) The Client acknowledges that the images will be delivered via a private online gallery, and agrees to save the images to their own computer system. Alice Andre Photography does not guarantee to keep the images in their possession once they have been received by the Client.

j) The Client agrees to acknowledge, credit, and when possible tag the relevant Photographers (Alice Andre Photography or their Mentee) whenever images are used on social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and in website blog posts.

k) Print release is transferred by Alice Andre Photography to the Client together with the delivery of the images. This means that the Client has the right to print any of the images from the photoshoot for personal use only if they wish to do so.

l) The photographer offers no guarantee that any specific images requested by the Client will be captured or produced exactly as requested, as many factors affect the final outcome of an image.
