Cancellation policy for Alice Andre Photography's mentoring services

Your purchase of your choice of mentoring session indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and the need to reschedule or cancel your mentoring session might present itself. To ensure a smooth and fair process, please take note of the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation and Refund within 24 Hours: The Client has the option to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and request a refund. A refund will be processed, minus a 5% transaction fee. To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please contact me at aliceandre.contact@gmail.com.

2. Scheduled Sessions: After that 24-hour grace period, any sessions will be considered confirmed appointments. However, in exceptional circumstances, the Client may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' advance notice.

3. 'No-shows' or Late Cancellations: Any missed sessions or sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited, and rescheduling will not be possible. This means you will have to rebook a new session should you decide to go ahead with your session and changes in pricing will be applicable.
